What is an AirBnB Superhost?
Superhost is a status Airbnb distributes to select hosts to reward positive hosting behaviors. Those who achieve this status will receive a badge on their listings and profiles, indicating to users that they are Superhosts.
Superhosts must meet the following criteria:

Reputation - Superhosts have earned an overall guest rating of 4.8 or higher, based on reviews from at least half of their yearly guests.

Experience - Superhosts must also accommodate a minimum of 10 stays annually. For hosts accepting long-stay reservations, the requirement is at least 100 days of hosting per year, and a minimum of 3 separate stays.

Reliability - Superhost status requires a record of zero cancellations, apart from those made as a result of extenuating circumstances.

Availability - Hosts must respond to 90% of new inquiries within a 24-hour period to be eligible for Superhost status.

"I can’t say enough about Christa and Tim’s air bnb . They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We came down for the total solar eclipse and Christa had left us a gift basket with all sorts of goodies and snacks - all themed solar eclipse:). Tim gave us a tour of the farm and introduced us to the baby goats, chickens, pigs, and we got to collect eggs! The room itself was SO comfortable with the softest bedding and pillows. We had access to the front porch which overlooked the river / valley / farm land. We loved waking up to have coffee and watch the animals. The town of metamora is quaint and takes you back in time. I can’t recommend her unit enough and we hope to be back someday!"

"Hospitality and friendliness 11/10. Christa & Tim are incredibly sweet, generous people. From the instant we got there, my family and I felt completely welcome on the property. We got to interact with pigs, chickens, goats, baby goats and a turkey that couldn't get enough petting from my 8 year old. The Pintail suite was 100% as advertised. Super clean, soft sheets, plenty of towels, cold fridge, great wifi and a view of the farm animals from the window. It's easy to get to and within walking distance to the Metamora shops and the local trailhead. We were there for the April 2024 total eclipse and enjoyed the spectacle with the hosts friends and other people staying at the Duck Creek Farm & Inn. Every single thing about our experience was amazing and it started with the great amenities. We're already looking at multiple dates to come back and visit, and this is the only place we'll stay. Thank you Christa & Tim!"

"We loved this room. The decor was adorable and the place was so clean. We enjoyed the views and the farm. Even though it had snowed, we had it very easy to park and walk in. Initially we were surprised that there was no tv, but truly we did not miss it. The room was romantic, comfortable and endearing."

"This was such a great place! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Tim & Christa were absolutely wonderful. They have literally thought of everything and made us feel right at home. We loved visiting with all of the animals and even got to collect fresh eggs in the morning. Highly recommend!!!"

"We had a wonderful weekend in Metamora! Walking the town, shopping, and watching the trick-or-treaters was so much fun! We also indulged in the wood fire pizzas and they were AMAZING!!! Great little overnight getaway! Christa and her husband were so kind and helpful! Absolutely no complaints!!"

"Christa and Tim were amazing hosts! Their property is beautiful and scenic with a large back porch to sit on to overlook the yard and all the animals. They invited my friend and I to share a bonfire with them and we had a lovely evening under a sky full of brilliant stars. The room was so comfortable, with plenty of linens and pillows. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. A big closet for hanging clothes. It was perfect! The town of Metamora is a short walk from the Airbnb, as well as a walking/bike path. Lots of cute shops and little places for ice cream, candies and sandwiches. A short drive from Wolf Creek Habitat, a sanctuary that we visited during our stay. Definitely want to stay again!"

"It's important to know the city of Metamora is only open on the weekends. With this rural location, there's next to nothing to do (which is great if you want a beautiful, quiet retreat, complete with rooster crowing). Very limited and mediocre restaurants in the area during the week, so if you stay in this nice room, recognize, there is no refrigerator, so without restaurants during the week, recommended bringing ice, chest, and your own food. It seems that the weekday price should be lower, as there's nothing open. I appreciate the friendly host."

"We came to Metamora for the Haunted Village and are so glad we booked Jennifer's place! The room was so clean and beautifully decorated with cute farm animal decor. The outside was great too, although we didn't have enough time to enjoy it we did briefly visit with the chickens, turkeys and adorable goats. The big fuzzy goaty looking guy (or gal) in the back was intriguing, but alas we didn't have time to visit with them as we had to get to dinner before the Haunted Village activities. We were able to walk to the village conveniently and had a great time. Also, loved the family's Halloween decorations in the front yard, so extra credit for that. If we return to Metamora we will definitely stay here again!"

"Such a very relaxing getaway! If you’re going to Metamora, Brookville or even Connersville, this place would be a convenient place to stay. The rooms were very clean and we slept well with the peace & quiet! Christa’s family took the girls to feed the goats and on a ride through the field on a “train” pulled by their tractor and the girls LOVED the attention!!"

"Christa asked if we were comfortable meeting the dogs upon our arrival. Tim introduced us to the dogs and into the goat field and poultry pen. We could tell how much he loved their property so his tour was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for our clothes and toiletries. The coffee station and small table came in handy. When we left, they were very interested in how our stay went and showed us the rooms they were finishing to expand their space. Overall, my daughter and I had a memorable stay.!"

"Cozy suite located in a unique little Indiana town. The bed was super comfy. Loved seeing the chickens and goats in their farm nearby. It was an easy walk into town to access all the shops and food available. You can park there and not have to drive anywhere until you leave, but I’d recommend checking out some of the local wineries and surrounding countryside. Jennifer and Christa were very responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to make my stay a success. I hope to return again soon."

"Not only is Christa the most welcoming host, she's truly a beautiful and kind person. My daughter forgot her favorite stuffy there, and she mailed it back free of charge! ❤️ The village of Metamora is one of a kind also! We will 100% be back!! It felt like we drove right into a western set. A must stop while there is the coffee shop. We're so glad we decided to stay here!"
